Welcome to Maddie Hatter Bakery! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our gourmet baked goods. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All orders must be placed through our website or via a direct custom consultation. Full payment is required at the time of order placement for all standard menu items. For custom cake orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to pickup or delivery.
Custom cake designs are handcrafted and unique. While we strive to match reference images and color swatches as closely as possible, slight artistic variations may occur. Our bakery does not incorporate the use of fondant in our cakes. It is the customer's responsibility to review and confirm all design details, flavors, and spelling on the order invoice.
Standard menu orders can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. For custom cake orders, cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a refund of any payments made exceeding the non-refundable deposit. Custom cancellations within 7 days are completely non-refundable.
Please arrive during your selected pickup window. Maddie Hatter Bakery is not responsible for any damage to baked goods once they have left our premises and have been accepted by the customer, or have been successfully delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the order upon pickup or delivery. We highly recommend transporting cakes on a flat, level surface in an air-conditioned vehicle and refrigerating them until 1-2 hours before serving.
Our bakery handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts. While we offer nut-free options, we operate in a shared kitchen space and cannot guarantee 100% cross-contamination-free products. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and cake designs, is the property of Maddie Hatter Bakery and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of your interaction with Maddie Hatter Bakery shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maddie Hatter Bakery’s total liability for any claim, breach, or damage arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
